RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Rental conditions

• Rentals are available for a minimum stay of 7 nights.

• Arrivals and departures usually take place on Saturdays, but we are flexible. Feel free to contact us for tailor-made stays.

• Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

• Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

• The property is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed (unless otherwise agreed in advance). 

Rates

• Our rates are expressed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes.
• A tourist tax of €3.90 per night per adult is payable in addition to the rental amount. Children under 18 years of age are exempt from this tax. 

 Included services

• Free access to our wellness facilities: outdoor heated pool with Mont Blanc view, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, and fitness room.

• Private, secure, high-speed internet connection within the apartment.

• Bed linen, towels, and household linen are provided.

• Beds are made upon arrival and welcome kits are offered.

• End-of-stay cleaning is included (provided that the apartment is left in a reasonable condition: dishes washed, trash taken out, etc.).

  Reservation & Payment

• The booking becomes final upon receipt of a deposit amounting to 30% of the total rental cost, payable by bank transfer.

• The balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

• A security deposit of €650 is required. It must be held before arrival and will be refunded within 7 days after departure, after deduction of any costs for damage or necessary repairs.

 Cancellation Policy

• For cancellations more than 91 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

• For cancellations 91 days or fewer before the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be issued.

• We recommend purchasing travel insurance covering cancellations and unforeseen circumstances.

• Any request to modify the terms of the reservation after the deposit has been paid (dates, number of guests, length of stay, etc.) is subject to our approval. Should we refuse or cancel the booking due to these modifications, the deposit will remain non-refundable.

Guest obligations

• The guest agrees to respect the peaceful nature of the premises and to leave the apartment in the same condition as found.
• The number of occupants must not exceed the number specified at the time of booking, without our prior approval.
