RENTAL TERMS

Rental terms

• We accept bookings with a minimum of 7 nights
• Bookings usually start on a Saturday, but this is not mandatory - Kindly contact us for tailored made stays
• Access to the apartment is guaranteed from 16:00 on the day of arrival
• Departure will occur before 10:00 on the last day

Rates

• Prices are in Euros, and include VAT
• A city tax of € 3,50 per adult over 18 years old & per night, must be added to the total amount 

 Reservation & Payment

• The amount transferred as booking deposit represents 30% of the total amount of the reservation. The contract becomes then firm
• The outstanding rental balance is due 45 days prior check-in
• A damage deposit of 650€ is required within a few days prior check-in, which will promptly reimbursed upon check-out, once inventory done and deductions made for damages should there be any

 Cancellation Policy

• For any cancellation prior to 31 days before check-in, the deposit will be fully refunded
• No reimbursement other than the damage deposit will be possible after 31 days before check-in

Would the village be forced to close down or in case of another lockdown, we commit to reimburse all sums perceived (rental deposit, damage deposit, rental balance) no matter when the cancellation may occur
