Apartment "Le Marny"
Le Marny is a warm and welcoming Superior apartment.
You will comfortably settle in with 4 or 5 people during your summer break in the nest of the Village of Arc 1950, or for your winter holiday.
It is perfectly isolated, spacious and furnished with high-end equipment.
Le Marny is made of a wide entrance, a kitchenette that opens on to the living-room, a bedroom and a bathroom, as well as a balcony.
THE KITCHEN ...
... is fully equipped with four induction hobs, a convection oven, a fridge, a fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave.
The Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine will softly wake you up in the morning, and the raclette set will entertain your evenings.
Generally speaking you will find everything you ned to cook and for dining : Toaster, kettle, pans, dishes, etc.
You will also find in the kitchen a grocery kit including tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar & sugar, and a cleaning kit including one dishwasher dose, some dish soap, two T-towels and a sponge.
THE LIVING ROOM ...
... opens from the kitchen and includes a dining area. You will find here a three seater convertible sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table adjoining the dining-table and four chairs.
We may provide a highchair upon request.
The multimedia Tv offers various French and international channels, such as German, English, American & Russian.
Bring your favorite movies on a USB key or a hard drive and plug it, in order to watch them on the big screen!
The wi-fi is complimentary.
You may pick a book from our small contemporary library. Should you not be finished reading it upon departure, keep it! Just make sure you leave another one, in exchange.
THE BEDROOM ...
... very wide, the bedroom with a king-size bed will allow you to fit all your luggage, as well as a bed for your infant.
We may provide a cot, upon request.
It is also fitted with two wardrobes on both sides of the bed, in which you will find a safe along with the instructions to use it, and bathrobes & slippers for everyone.
Both bedside tables are equipped with a reading light and a USB charging outlet.
The bedroom opens on to the balcony, for a smooth wake-up with a mountain view.
THE BATHROOM ...
... is a tiled room, fitted with shelves where you will be able to install your belongings, a wide mirror and a heated towel hand rail.
It is also very spacious, and awaits you with some Molton Brown amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion, for calming moments.
THE BALCONY...
... is south/south east orientated and offers a beautiful mountain view toward Arc 2000, and of the tipping point of the Paradiski domain, the Aiguille Rouge, culminating at 3226 meters high, when the visibility allows it.
It is fitted with a table and four chairs.
Two French windows open to the balcony, from either the bedroom or the living-room.

... The apartment is gently floor heated, as well as from electric radiators.
A vaccum cleaner, along with an iron and ironing board are at your disposal from the cupboard in the living-room.
You will have a full complimentary use of the laundry rooms in Manoir Savoie.
A heated ski locker offers a direct access to the slopes. You will be able to store your skis and shoes there.
